I finally decided to make this a repository of thoughts, tips and techniques,
that may be used as reminders or as a way to review my progress or lack thereof on the path
or for the benefit of the occasional visitor

Although it is not really intended as a guide,
if any of the info in this site is regarded as suggestion or advice
the sole responsibility to avoid any damage by its interpretation and application,
lies on the reader and the readers awareness of the body and its limitations
